Looking out for our brothers and sisters during this pandemic is essential to our personal well being, and impacts our ability to be helpful to others. Sometimes, with all the attention on the civilian population in need, we look past the needs of the emergency responders.
In this webinar, provided by Louisiana State University Nationa Center for Biomedical Research and Training, Academy of Counter-Terrorist Education, we examine aspects of COVID-19 that may cause anxiety or stress for the responder community. The video also offers techniques that responders can practice to help manage or mitigate that anxiety.
Take some time to watch the video and do a self-check on yourself, and a buddy check on your partners.
